Two orphaned siblings, Andi (Emma Roberts) and Bruce (Jake T. Austin) are in foster care with two musician guardians who will not allow them to own a pet. They set out to find a safe haven for their beloved family dog and find it in an abandoned hotel which already has a couple of strays in residence. Soon they set out to foil the local shelter by savings all of the strays dogs in the area. Bruce's genius allows him to create incredible ways to feed and clean up after the growing canine population but the barking of a large number of dogs ultimately leads to their being discovered. This is a fun movie for children and adults who like a happy ending.
